Mindful Living Meditation - Every Monday to Friday Morning at 9am
Mindful Living is a home for Mindfulness meditation in the Annex neighborhood in downtown Toronto. We provide a welcome environment where you can benefit from the support and connection by practicing meditation in a group setting.
This motivating energy is a great way to sustain and strengthen your regular practice. The group is open to those new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners. Feel free to check out a session by dropping in any Monday to Friday morning for $5, or sign up for an unlimited monthly pass for only $30.
The meditation sittings are 45 minutes long and start precisely at 9:15am. Participants are asked to arrive at 9:00 to allow time to settle in, register, etc. The doors will be closed when the 9:15 bell rings to allow for a quiet, uninterrupted meditation. The sitting periods are guided by recordings of well known experts such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield and Pema Chodron.
*New! Gentle Yoga - 8am Wednesday Mornings – a beautiful way to prepare your mind-body for silent meditation. Led by Archer, $5 donation. Optional for Mindful Living meditators.
