Yogi Maple Heaven
This is simply the most divine way to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal.
I discovered this one cold morning when I needed some serious healing comfort, and was immediately transformed.
Prepare oatmeal (steel cut oats, large flakes – whatever you like best). To your hot bowl of oatmeal add a dollop of butter, a pinch of Aangen Yogi Tea (Ayurvedic blend of healing spices), a generous swirl of maple syrup and finish off with a decent splash of milk. Allow it to sit a few seconds for the butter to melt into the porridge, then enjoy!
