Wonderworks will be hosting a daylong meditation retreat with Mindful Living. Experience a full day of silent meditation practice including sitting meditation, walking meditation, and an eating meditation.

We will first open the lower bodies and higher bodies chakras, and then continue with Kaanish Belvaspata: the healing modality of enlightenment to dissolve and release obsolete programs and belief systems of pain and suffering that are embedded in our psyche and unable to find their way out.

Mevlana Jelalludin Rumi was a 13th century Mystic and Poet. He was born into the Persian Empire in what is today Balkh, Afghanistan, and lived out his life in Konya, Turkey. His two signature literary works, "The Mathnawi" and the "Divani Shams i Tabriz" are considered second only in importance to the Koran in the Middle East. In the West, he has outsold Shakespeare in the English language for two decades, becoming the best loved poet in America today.
