Grounded: Using the Chakra System as a Framework for Change
Grounded: From Surviving to Thriving, Using the Chakra System as a Framework for Change
Some people are fortunate enough to have a background that creates a stable foundation to build a life on, but others must consciously create roots.
This experiential workshop is for anyone who is interested in learning to work with their Chakras. Learn psychotherapeutic techniques that correspond to the Chakras, your Character Structure, and easy ways to incorporate Chakra Philosophy into your day to create the somatic and psychic foundation you need to move forward. We will practice ways to balance the first three Chakras, and these practices can be used for inspiring self-discovery, increasing personal responsibility, and as a starting point to creating a strong foundation to build on.
No knowledge of the Chakra system is required. Wear comfy clothes!
There is room for 8 attendees.
