Mindful Living: Daily Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness-based Facilitator, Jeremy Finkelstein, provides a relaxed and welcome environment in The Studio for daily mindfulness meditation practice. Experience the therapeutic benefits from practicing meditation in a structured and supportive group setting with facilitated discussion. This is an easy and accessible way to learn how to meditate, as well as to sustain and strengthen your practice.
You are welcome to drop-in for any scheduled meditation time, pre-registration is not required. The Mindful Living Meditation Group has been ongoing since 2011 at Wonderworks. We look forward to practicing Mindful Living with you.
