Mindfulness Meditation Daily Practice
Mindfulness-based Facilitator, Jeremy Finkelstein, provides a relaxed and welcome environment in The Studio for daily mindfulness meditation practice. Experience the therapeutic benefits from practicing meditation in a structured and supportive group setting with facilitated discussion. Jeremy an easy and accessible way to learn how to meditate, as well as to sustain and strengthen your practice.
The Mindful Living meditation group is open to those new to meditation as well as experienced meditators. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy a quiet uninterrupted meditation period of 30 to 45min. The guided meditations are led by recordings of Mindfulness teachers such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Pema Chodron.
You are welcome to drop-in for any scheduled meditation time, pre-registration is not required. The Mindful Living Meditation Group has been ongoing since 2011 at Wonderworks. We look forward to practicing Mindful Living with you.
