Mindfulness Meditation Daily Practice
We provide a relaxed and welcome environment in The Studio for you to benefit from practicing meditation in a group setting. This is an easy way to learn how to meditate, sustain and strengthen your practice.
The Mindful Living meditation group is open to those new to meditation as well as experienced meditators. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy a quiet uninterrupted meditation period of 30 to 45min. The guided meditations are led by recordings of Mindfulness teachers such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach and Pema Chodron.
You are welcome to drop-in for any scheduled meditation time, pre-registration is not required. The Mindful Living Meditation Group has been ongoing since 2011 at Wonderworks. We look forward to practicing Mindful Living with you.
