A Return to Self: Yoga & Meditation
Alessia (RYT 200) offers a one of a kind yoga and meditation class which allows participants to not only ground themselves and relax the mind, but also release negative emotions throughout the yoga practice.
Using a mixture of Hatha and Yin Yoga, Alessia focuses on working through the 7 chakras during her class and the release of negative emotions through deep lower body stretches. This class is excellent for both beginners exploring their practice or those who wish to deepen their longstanding practice.
Alessia's meditation workshop will focus on meditation practices + teach you yoga exercises which are practical and easy enough to do at the office, at home or just about anywhere.
