Sacred in Mayan and Aztec cultures, copal is the hardened resin of the Bursera tree from Central and South America.
When burned, copal smells similar to frankincense, but is lighter and sweeter. It blends well with lavender and other florals.
Burn it (on a charcoal) for cleansing, divination, and protection from illness and misfortune. It represents the fire element. This listing is for a 20g sachet of premium 'white' copal.
