Shipping & Returns


  • Wonderworks accepts Returns for exchange or store credit only, we do not offer refunds.
  • Exchanges or store credits will be processed once we receive the returned item in the store.  You must have a tracking number when returning an order to verify postmark and delivery information. Please contact us  to notify us of any returns or issues with your order.
  • If you choose to return an item, it must be in the original condition, packaging, with the bill, and returned to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.  
  • If you received either an incorrect or a damaged item, we will be happy to replace that item for you. Any damaged items or errors in your shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment.
  • You will not be charged for shipping of any replacement items due to damage or an error made on our behalf, however you will be responsible for returning the item to us. At Wonderworks’ discretion, we will deduct all or a portion of your cost of shipping incurred for returning the item to us.

Exceptions:  For health and safety reasons, any consumable items including but not limited to, flower essence remedies, skin care products, or teas are non-returnable.

Cancellations: If after you place and pay for an order online and then choose to cancel, an administrative fee of 10 – 15% on the order total will be charged. If the order has already shipped and must be returned to Wonderworks, you will be also charged for the return shipping.

Shipping Information:
We ship with Canada Post which offers a tracking number and delivery confirmation.   Standard Shipping takes 1 - 3 weeks.  Depending on availability (particularly for some of our more specialized imported products), some items may take longer.
We require a signature for delivery. If there is no one to sign when your package arrives, you will be left a card to pick up your parcel at the specified local post office. If you prefer to have it left at your doorstep, please specify in the comments section of your order that you do not require a signature. Please be advised, however, that you are then responsible for the package once Canada Post certifies that it was delivered.

Shipping Charges are calculated during check-out and is based on weight and distance. Shipments must be to physical addresses only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. When specifying the delivery address, please make sure to include any apartment, suite, unit, or floor numbers that will be required for delivery. We ask for a phone number for each shipping address in case there is a problem delivering the order.
If the address information that is provided is not valid, our courier may be unable to deliver your package and we will not refund product or shipping charges based on incorrect addresses. If you would like us to ship the product again to a different delivery address, you will be responsible for the additional product and shipping charges.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer: Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by events or incidents beyond our, or, our carrier's control, which may include: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labour disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks. Shipping refunds may not be given if an incorrect delivery address was provided, which includes omission of suite, apartment, unit, or floor numbers.
